Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is posted, and there is no shipping charge or delivery window to wait for.
The four steps
- Choose the right edition. Each product page states exactly what is included, how many devices the license covers, and which Windows or macOS versions it runs on. If two editions look similar, the page explains what separates them.
- Check out. Payment runs through Shopify's encrypted checkout. Your card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Receive your email. Once payment clears you get your product key, the official Microsoft download link for that exact edition, and written activation steps.
- Install and activate. Download from the Microsoft link, install, then enter your key. The activation runs against Microsoft's servers.
What arrives in the email
- The product key for the edition you purchased
- A download link pointing at Microsoft's own servers, not a file hosted by us
- Step-by-step activation instructions written for that specific product
- Your order number, which is what we need if you contact support
If the email has not arrived
Check the spam or promotions folder first — automated order mail lands there more often than anyone would like. If it is genuinely missing, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it.
If activation fails
Send us the order number and the exact error message or error code shown on screen. Do not keep retrying the key: repeated failed attempts can complicate the fix. The most common cause is a mismatch between the edition installed and the edition licensed — for example a Home installation being given a Pro key — and that is straightforward to correct once we know what is on the machine.
Before you buy: a few things worth checking
- Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Older hardware that cannot meet this needs Windows 10 instead.
- Windows Server is licensed per physical core, with a minimum of 16 cores per server, and requires Client Access Licenses for connecting users or devices. The server license alone is not a complete licensing position.
- Office editions differ in which applications they include. Professional Plus has Access and Publisher; Home & Business does not.
- Perpetual is not the same as Microsoft 365. What we sell is a one-time purchase tied to a version. It does not receive new feature releases and does not include the cloud services bundled with a Microsoft 365 subscription.
